Mum Puppettheatre presents
The Adventures of a Boy and His Dog on the High Seas

Philadelphia, PA - Mum Puppettheatre presents “The Adventures of a Boy and His Dog on the High Seas,” at Mum Puppettheatre 115 Arch Street in Old City, Philadelphia, May 19th through June 10th.

In this third installment of the popular “Boy and Dog” series, a quiet day at the beach turns to swash-buckling adventure as Mum's favorite heroes find a treasure map in a bottle! Clams dance and crabs pinch as a girl pirate captain and her scurvy crew threaten trouble on the waves! Adam Wernick's infectious score will have toes tapping even while our favorite duo walk the plank! Throw in an underwater ballet with a manatee and the audience is all set for fun and thrills!

“We invite all families in the Delaware Valley to get a head start on their summer fun with A Boy and Dog!”  said Lisa Shelby, Mum Puppettheatre managing director.  “The production is delightful for kids and adults alike!”

Written and directed by Robert Smythe, “Boy and Dog” features original music by Adam Wernick.  The cast  includes Genevieve Perrier, Dave Johnson and Robert DaPonte.

Public performances are Saturdays at 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. and on Sundays at 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. General admission is $12.00. For reservations call 215.925.7686. Schools can schedule their own performances on weekdays by calling 215.925.8686.
